The workshop will offer a timely collection of research updates to benefit the researchers and practitioners working in the fields ranging from social science, machine learning, data mining to business analytics. Social researchers and business agencies increasingly having access to large-scale social data will be informed with new disciplines to study all social phenomenon. The highest quality papers submitted to the workshop will be awarded the Best Paper Award, Best Student Paper Award, and the Best Application Paper Award.
